InLife is a mobile application that is accessible by all Filipino customers/non-customers which has three objectives/purposes; first is the one stop app which focuses non-customers, for them to see the offers of the company supported by the chat, second is the cashless transaction which targets the customers, that is for them to pay their period payments through online. Third which made the product unique from the standard chatbot, the chatbot will contain different dialects to reach wider market. Additionally, the mobile application will contain different APIs from games, entertainment, articles, and donation for a cause which will reward the user points.
